Who We Are:
Sturgess Construction is a family owned company that has been building
and remodeling in the Medina Co. area since 1983. We operate our own
framing and trim crew. Being we are a “hands on builder” we have learned
and developed a knowledge of solid construction practices through-out
all phases of the home building process.
Sturgess Construction combines unique designs, skill, knowledge,
attention to detail and personal supervision. This provides the
homebuyer with a sound investment for years to come.
Our philosophy is simple, build every home like it’s your own. We invite
you to see the difference a Sturgess Construction home can make in your
family’s life.
What We Build:
Sturgess Construction has over 20 well designed plans to choose from. With our in house CAD software, changes to our plans are easily made. Or we can design a new plan from scratch. We will also build to your completed home plans.
Where We Build:
Through out most of Medina Co., parts of Lorain and Summit counties. We
will build on your home site, one of our home sites, or we can help you
locate a home site in a development or with a country setting.
